The area in the north east of Polk County, part of the greater Davenport area is rapidly developing due to its close proximity to Walt Disney World and other major tourist attractions. Calabay Parc is one of Florida's most highly regarded sub-divisions; located on Highway 27 and within minutes of Interstate 4 and only 15 minutes from Disneys Main Gate.
